What We Stand For
Our quest to support youth-led African businesses is informed by the failure rate of early-stage entrepreneurs mostly due to limited opportunities and resources. When early-stage entrepreneurs manage to survive, they often make little to no impact with their innovations due to their inability to leverage digital technology. An enabling framework is therefore required for innovators and early-stage entrepreneurs to thrive and grow.
Though there are enterprise support initiatives in Africa, access to and sharing opportunities purposely for the youth within the entrepreneurship landscape is scanty and uncoordinated. Enterprise Bureau provides a safety net for youth start-ups to leverage opportunities and enhance interactivity with other stakeholders to scale up their businesses.
Our major drive is to maximize the chances of success for African youth entrepreneurs.
Our goal is to enhance the capacity of youth start-ups by developing a data platform and tech-driven entrepreneurship initiatives that provide global enterprise opportunities to help them grow their businesses. We are particularly focused on using technology to develop the potential of youth entrepreneurs.

Team
Enterprise Bureau is driven by a committed team of IT business professionals, development practitioners, and business associates who oversee the strategic direction and management of the organization. Our team demonstrates a strong passion and understanding of the trends of micro, small, and medium enterprises across various African countries.
Our Executive Director leads a team of Community managers, Media and Communications Managers, and IT Managers who oversee day-to-day operations. The unique blend of expertise and experience of our team is our core resource in driving the vision of Enterprise Bureau.
