To sustain a business one needs vision he said. The letter V in vision has a small base and opens up gradually. Learn to be like the letter, also learn to grow with the business.
As a business person look at where the demand is when creating a business, he said. Look at where there are challenges and look for solutions to make money. Those solutions to the problems and challenges around you would be what would make you money.
Hon. advised young entrepreneurs to live within their means. He said it is only civil servants who spend as they earn, but as an entrepreneur you need to learn to live within your means. If you are in an environment and you happen to be the only successful person and one being hailed all the time, get out of that space because you cannot grow there.
He concluded by telling participants to hold on to real capital and make realistic investments.
On the 21st of October 2022, Enterprise Bureau had its second episode of EB Connect where the guest, Hon. Seth Adjei Baah the Chairman of the Shaba Group of Companies spoke on the topic “Startup Business Sustainability Hacks”. He spoke on some hacks that have helped him personally sustain his business.
